永利欢乐娱人城第十三届干部精英培训之“话”茧成蝶顺利举行

为了展示学生干部们的个人风采，考验其逻辑思维能力，锻炼其语言组织能力、表达能力，提升其团队协作的能力，4月23日10:00，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城第十三届干部精英培训之“话”茧成蝶于第三教学楼顺利开展，永利欢乐娱人城团委书记崔皓出席本次活动，团委学生会书记团、主席团成员及部分学生干部参与本次活动。
青春有朝气，干培展活力，此次活动在组织部同学们精心准备的舞蹈《快乐崇拜》中拉开帷幕。干培成员首先进行了“连词成句”的热身互动活动，成员们积极抢答，活动现场气氛高涨。紧接着，充满考验而又激动人心的“主持人大赛”开始。本次“主持人大赛”紧扣时事热点，干培成员们将针对屏幕上展示的题目进行五分钟的讨论，待激烈讨论结束后，各小组根据提前抽签的顺序选出代表上台发言。各小组代表按照规则在三分钟内清晰阐明了本组的中心论点，并结合自己的理解，对选题进行更深层次的论述。随后，主席团成员围绕每组的中心论点、阐述方式、论述内容以及小组代表的临场发挥等各方面表现商议小组得分。在等待分数排名的过程中，组织部成员带来歌曲表演《夏天的风》。表演结束后，活动负责人公布了本次比赛前三名的评选结果。至此，第十三届干部精英培训之“话”茧成蝶圆满结束。
本次干部精英培训主题活动一方面促进了学生干部之间的友好交流，锻炼了学生干部现场表现力和语言表达能力，彰显其富有活力的青春风采，另一方面紧扣学校“353”战略中立德树人的人才培养目标，发掘和培养具有潜力、综合素质较强的优秀学生干部，推动人才培养模式全面转型。
