共赴春日之约，共踏培训之旅

——记湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城第十三届干部精英培训之小组见面会圆满结束
为了提高永利欢乐娱人城干部们的各项工作能力，进一步发挥学生干部的模范带头作用，4月10日14：00，由湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城团委组织部、分党校组织开展的第十三届干部精英培训之小组见面会于第五教学楼举行。
活动当天，阳光明媚，各小组在预先占好的教室里开展见面会。活动在小组成员的自我介绍中拉开序幕，紧接着进行了无领导小组讨论，各组根据组员的表现选出了组长。随后，7名组长以及主持嘉宾前往304教室进行组长见面会以及干培班的班长竞选。本次竞选分为自我介绍包括个人信息、个人优势与工作展望三部分、现场观众投票与主席团评选三个环节。各位竞选者神采奕奕，演讲时大方得体，经由激烈角逐与讨论最终选出了本期班长：2020级人力资源专业的屈政宇。评选后，在场人员集体进行拍照留念。
活动后，屈政宇说道：“于我，本次活动不仅是一个结交伙伴的契机，也是一次迈向更优秀的自己的成长机会。在接下来的干部培训中，我会克服自己的缺点和不足，带领组员顺利地完成任务。”
此次小组见面会旨在为干部们提供一个相互认识、相互沟通、相互学习的平台，在交流中有效建立各部门之间的友好关系，在沟通中提升学生干部们的综合能力，培养“刻苦学习、勤奋工作、勇于创新、自觉奉献”的精神，发掘学生干部们潜在的领导能力、管理能力，充分发挥好学生干部的模范作用。
