聚焦基层党建，筑牢战斗堡垒

十七届四中全会指出，党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。为积极响应党中央“不忘初心，牢记使命”的号召，对基层党组织战斗堡垒作用进行进一步调研，7月12日上午，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城暑期“三下乡”社会实践团党建组一行来到韶山杨林乡双和村村委会与双和村党支部组织委员谭放英进行了深入交流与探讨。
在双和村村委会办公室中，谭放英向党建组介绍了双和村基层党组织建设、双和村党组织开展的一系列学习活动、农村党员入党条件以及党员量化考核等。据介绍，双和村党员人数已达到78人，发展党员人数已从1人增至5人，但目前党员结构仍然面临老龄化问题。说起双和村党员老龄化，她深有感触：“年轻党员大多已离开农村，在外务工，双和村党组织希望能够多培养年轻党员，通过实际行动解决党员老龄化问题，所以目前发展的均为在乡的年轻党员。”接着，党建组提出疑问——党组织如何推动日后的党员培训工作？谭放英回复道：“要加强党员理想信念教育，强化党员的身份意识和责任意识，激发党员的光荣感和责任感，进一步提升双和村党组织建设。”通过与谭放英的交流，党建组成员均表示获益匪浅。
在此次活动中，党建组成员通过与谭放英的交流与提问，加强了党建组对双和村基层党建的了解，同时也激发了他们力争做好基层党建工作的决心，针对基层组织建设方面存在的问题和短板，切实加强党的基层建设工作，发挥党员的先锋模范作用和基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。
