练刚劲之拳，养斗战之风

九月，朝气四溢；九月，热血蓬勃；九月，斗志昂扬；九月，激情如火。9月16日下午，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城军训新生开展军体拳训练，旨在提高新生力量、耐力与速度，锻炼新生身体，增强新生体质。
烈日点燃了他们的激情，汗水点缀着他们的青春。篮球场上，新生们跟着教官出拳、收拳、转身、踢腿、勾拳、出肘……套路连贯、协调、节奏分明，重心稳固。长拳舒展大方，动作灵活，迅速有力，出招必发声。“呵哈！”，教官讲解道：“以声助力，不仅可以帮助我们把握节奏，使动作整齐划一，更重要的是学会吐气放松，而不是憋在胸里，不利于身体健康。”为增强新生出招意识，教官们还增加了难度。在新生们保持出招动作时去干扰他们、绕他们痒痒，新生们纷纷“有苦难言”。
“教官的讲解语言通俗精练，示范动作直观标准，边做边讲边纠，即使我们没有什么基本功，也能快速入门学习。学习军体拳，既能够强身健体，还能保护自己，有防身自卫的作用。”19级人力资源管理1班军训新生戴佩滢在下训后说道。
一营一连十一排教官韩佳成表示：“开展军体拳训练，对培养新生们军人般坚韧不拔、勇敢顽强的战斗作风，具有重要意义。希望新生们能够在军训结束后继续组织操练，复习巩固，真正将其化为一项技能，这才是我们的初心！”
