5·25我爱我，心理健康伴我行

——记湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城心理健康周摆点宣传活动顺利举行
为锻炼学生心理素质、提高心理承受能力，全方位加强心理健康教育，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城心理健康教育服务部于5月25日11：40在立德楼前组织、开展心理健康周摆点宣传活动。
此次摆点宣传活动开设了四个游戏项目：眼疾手快、细节大考验、默契大挑战和接龙大挑战。活动现场，工作人员热情地为同学们讲解游戏规则，并指导同学们进行游戏。游戏过程中，同学们始终以饱满的热情参与其中，积极参与每一个游戏，让摆点处充满了欢声笑语。在游戏“默契大挑战”中，心理健康教育服务部为同学们创造了一个轻松、彼此尊重信任的氛围，其中一名同学以画图的形式表达题目的内容，再由搭档的另一名同学猜出题目内容，根据答对的题目数量获得不同的奖励，不仅激发了同学们参与活动的兴趣，也增强了同学们团结协作、相互配合的意识。其中，同学们参与最多的游戏是“眼疾手快”，游戏开始参与者便全神贯注地盯着盒里的弹珠，两手紧握筷子，小心地夹着一颗又一颗弹珠，慢慢地越夹越快，不一会儿就将盒子里的弹珠全部夹完了。活动结束后，同学们相互分享获取的奖品，讨论游戏诀窍，在繁忙的学习中获得放松。
本次宣传活动内容丰富、针对性强，通过开展一系列内容丰富、参与性强的活动，普及大学生心理健康知识，唤起同学们对精神健康的关注，形成了理解、接纳、关爱的学习氛围。
