——记湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城20级寝室长讲座顺利进行

2021年5月11日14：30-16：30，由湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城心理健康教育服务部举办的20级寝室长讲座于湖南科技大学第一教学楼603举行。本次活动以“相遇于寝，温暖相伴”为主题，旨在提高寝室长的思想认识水平，帮助他们明确心理健康教育工作的重要性，了解相关心理知识，初步掌握大学生常见心理问题的表现和应对措施，熟悉寝室长的工作职责，以此来提高团结全寝的能力。

活动主要通过六个主题演讲对20级各寝室长进行相关心理知识教育，其中，演讲的六个主题分别是“适应新环境、人际交往、自我保护、情绪管理、自我探索和恋爱心理”。“情绪不可能被完全消灭，但可以进行有效疏导、有效管理、适度控制。”心理健康教育服务部干事童雅琪以“情绪管理”为主题，将其细化到寝室的日常相处中，并且关于“当遇到寝室矛盾时，如何管理情绪”这一问题提出“体察自己的情绪、适当表达自己的情绪、以适宜的方式纾解情绪”等三方面切实可行的方法。最后，干事刘羿在以“恋爱心理”为主题的演讲中，围绕大家对于“爱情”的看法，积极地与观众做互动，充分地调动了现场的氛围。此次活动在主持人谢幕后圆满结束，而在这背后是心理健康教育服务部全体成员在策划、撰稿、PPT制作等工作中辛勤的努力和付出。

活动结束后，20级国际经济与贸易一班的李俊瑶表示：“寝室生活是大学生活中非常重要的一部分，作为寝室长，我在本次活动中学到了许多能够促进寝室内部关系的好方法，相信以后可以处理好寝室关系，营造良好的寝室氛围。”
