湖南科技大学、湘潭大学两校模拟招聘大赛圆满成功

为了让大学生和用人单位零距离接触，使大学生与企业紧密相连，让大学生能够有机会最真实的了解到企业用人理念，5月12日19：05，由共青团湖南科技大学委员会、湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城主办，湖南科技大学经济管理学社承办的湖南科技大学、湘潭大学两校模拟招聘大赛在湖南科技大学南校俱乐部顺利举行。
湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城党委副书记傅早霞、湘潭市市委组织部干部培训科科长彭景、湘潭大学招生与就业指导处就业指导科科长唐敏、雨湖区就业服务中心创业导师高志琴、常德卷烟厂人事经理殷忠祥、巨达人才郑立、巨达人才郑拓宇、湖南湘潭天易农村商业银行张亚受邀担任此次大赛评委。
模拟招聘大赛开始，十位参赛选手依次进行自我介绍，PPT讲解以及模拟招聘问题的选择、回答和评委点评。随着大赛的深入进行，赛况越来越激烈，主持人已公布的六位选手的分数相差无几，其中4号选手肖强凌以其敏捷的思维能力和超强的临场发挥能力搏得评委的青睐，观众席也不时爆出雷鸣般掌声。比赛途中还插入了两次抽奖环节以增加比赛的趣味性。为提供更多就职机会，在十名选手演讲完毕比赛结果公布之前，两名嘉宾进行了就业竞职演讲。
通过激烈的角逐，4号肖强凌荣获一等奖，10号王昱铃荣获二等奖，3号毛宁荣获三等奖。肖强凌在交流时说道:“这个比赛让我们切实感受模拟招聘会中竞争挑战的氛围，熟悉当前的大学生就业形势，开阔眼界，认识自我，寻找努力的方向，积极做好职业生涯规划，为自已将来的就业做准备。”
