湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城迎新志愿者动员大会召开

为了更好地帮助新生顺利来校报到，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城志愿团于9月7日中午12：30于三教101开展了现场迎新解答会。本次解答会主要针对服务于2017级新生的207位志愿者，会上详细讲解了与迎新有关的事宜。永利欢乐娱人城党委副书记傅早霞出席会议并对迎新工作提出指导意见。
傅早霞十分重视迎新工作，他向志愿者简单介绍了迎新的情况，并提出了对志愿者迎新的要求：“首先一定要服从老师或主席团的安排，其次要熟悉迎新的工作流程和程序，最后一定要做到耐心、细心、富有爱心。”
永利欢乐娱人城志愿团负责人刘馨茗针对新生交通、住宿以及生活的一系列问题向志愿者们做出了更详细的解答和阐释。刘馨茗在解答之时，重要强调了新生现场报到及后续工作的时间安排，确保志愿者能够准确通知到新生个人。随后，为营造出更好的迎新环境，刘馨茗列出了志愿者迎新的现场要求规范并向志愿者逐一发放新生报告单及志愿者证。
解答会结束之后，志愿者王娇玉谈到自己的感受：“这次解答会让我了解到了很多迎新的注意事项，也解答了一些新生问我的问题。我觉得志愿者的存在就是为了帮助新生更好的适应起初的大学生活，让他们体会到大学的温暖。身为志愿者，我一定会将学院以及学校最好的一面展现给新生们，做到傅书记所说的“三心”，同时热心并积极地迎接他们的到来！”
