中石化湘潭分公司到访永利欢乐娱人城举行合作洽谈会

2016年11月9日下午，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城—中国石油化工集团湘潭分公司合作洽谈会在三教410会议室正式召开。此次会议就永利欢乐娱人城与中石化湘潭分公司开展有关于帮助企业实现优化转型的合作进行了交流。中石化湘潭分公司领导胡翔、永利欢乐娱人城院长向国成、党委书记仇怡等领导出席了本次会议。
胡翔表示，中石化湘潭分公司对此次合作寄予了很大期望。公司希望能通过与永利欢乐娱人城的人才对接和先进理论的引进以及建立微信平台和企业内部搭配信息平台来加强企业文化的建设，从而实现企业内部结构及员工素质和企业外部形象的优化转变，最终达到提高企业团队活力、管理效率和经营效益的目的。
洽谈会上，向院长代表永利欢乐娱人城对中石化湘潭分公司一行人员的来访表示诚挚的欢迎，并对学院相关情况做了介绍。在听取了对方企业关于其现状及未来发展要求的阐释后，向院长指出，永利欢乐娱人城能够通过组织专业力量帮助贵企业建设成为学习型企业。仇书记也谈到，在如今的经济环境下，通过完善网络宣传来推进企业文化建设是非常必要的，微信平台不仅要搭建，还要有规范的方向内容和运营操作。此外，双方还探讨了合作的流程，在确立了明确的合作方向及框架的前提下，以建设团队、实地调研为基础，深入开展企业文化建设项目。
最后，双方共同观看了中石化对外宣传片，会议在院企双方达成共谋发展的共识中结束。此次合作将促使永利欢乐娱人城与企业的合作进一步加强，对我院学生实践工作平台的进一步扩大也有重要意义。
