9月26日，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城于第一篮球场开展了部门宣讲活动，此次活动旨在增强2021级新生对永利欢乐娱人城团委学生会各部门的了解，提高他们加入部门的积极性，从而更好地发挥学生的主体作用。
活动开始前，各部门负责人提前到达场地，做好充分准备，大家都热情期盼着新成员的加入。19：00，活动正式开始，现场气氛分外火爆，宣讲工作紧张而有序地进行，各环节有条不紊地展开。为吸引更多新生的关注与加入，各部门负责人创新宣讲方式，除了一般的发放宣传单与演讲，还为新生们准备了零食与才艺表演，竭力展示部门文化和特色活动，青年志愿团与团委组织部分团校还准备了玩偶服装，更加吸引了新生们的目光。宣讲过程气氛热烈，掌声不断，充分体现了同学们的热情与积极性。同时，为做好后续招新准备，各部门纷纷邀请新生加入迎新群，方便他们继续了解后续招新事项。
此次宣讲活动充分展现了永利欢乐娱人城团委学生会大家庭的温暖和热情，也表现出了2021级新生们激扬的活力与燃烧的激情。“相信通过此次部门宣讲活动，将会为永利欢乐娱人城团委学生会大家庭注入更多新的血液，带来更多新的力量，帮助新一届团委学生会更上一层楼。”永利欢乐娱人城宣传报道中心副部长陈茵珏这样说到。
