企业宣讲进校园，校企合作促就业
为进一步深化校企合作，共同搭建校企合作育人平台，拓宽毕业生就业渠道，5月30日15:00，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城在第三教学楼411室顺利开展方正证券湘潭韶山中路证券营业部宣讲活动。方正证券湘潭韶山中路证券公司副总经理胡盛、HR罗烨、湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城金融国贸系系主任潘竟成、就业辅导员李搏出席本次会议，永利欢乐娱人城各年级学生代表参与本次会议。
宣讲中，公司HR罗烨通过播放一系列精彩的幻灯片详细介绍了方正证券的发展现状及规模。接着，罗烨就同学们最关心的工资、福利以及员工关系和个人发展等问题进行了详细的解答。在答疑交流环节，胡盛副总经理详细回答了现场同学提出的每一个问题。其中，一名同学提问：“在年轻人渴望前往大城市就业的浪潮下，地处湘潭的方正证券是如何做到留住人才的呢？”胡盛副总经理说：“方正证券湘潭韶山中路证券公司可以为大家提供一个展示自我的平台，在薪酬上我们公司是上不封顶的，希望能以此激励公司员工。”
此次宣讲活动让更多的同学了解到方正证券的企业文化、人才需求与发展前景，为永利欢乐娱人城的同学们提供了实习与就业的机会、创造了广阔的发展空间，有利于校园文化与企业文化的良好对接。
