关怀入寝，情系新生
——记湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城党委书记叶文忠一行下寝慰问新生
为表示学院对新生的关怀与欢迎，帮助新生更好地适应大学生活，9月17日16:30，湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城党委书记叶文忠、副书记王鹤、学工办主任陈攀、学工办副主任兼团委书记崔皓前往四区宿舍与新生进行面对面交流，并向其表示关怀与慰问。
走入新生寝室，叶文忠首先询问新生对新环境的适应情况，并就如何更好地适应大学生活提出建议。他指出，新生刚进入大学，同学之间要相互帮助、相互关爱，增进情谊，共同适应新的环境。同时，个人也要学会独立，养成独立思考、独立判断的习惯，努力发展健全的人格。他还表示，新生进入大学也不能松懈，要不断增强自律意识，在学习和生活中严格要求自己，尽快调整好自身状态，主动适应大学生活。
在慰问过程中，叶文忠一行还与新生进行了亲切交谈，“你们是哪里的人？”、“食堂的饭菜合口味吗？”、“对学校环境还适应吗？”……交流过程中，师生之间气氛融洽，寝室一片笑语欢声，新生积极回应、倍感温暖。
此次下寝慰问活动的顺利进行，表达了学院对新生的关怀与重视，拉近了师生之间的距离，有利于营造和谐温馨的学院氛围，增强新生对学院的归属感，帮助新生尽快适应大学生活。
