培养健康的心理，从现在做起

——湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城心理健康知识技能培训讲座圆满落幕
11月20日14：00，由湖南科技大学永利欢乐娱人城心健部主办的心理健康知识技能培训讲座在第一教学楼402教室召开。此次讲座旨在帮助大一新生树立正确的大学生角色，保持良好的心理状态，打造完善的人格，进而更好的适应大学生活。参加此次讲座的有永利欢乐娱人城18级辅导员罗江林以及永利欢乐娱人城各专业的同学。
会议伊始，主持人首先介绍了本次讲座的目的。接着，便由罗江林老师讲话。她首先介绍了现在大学生普遍存在的一些问题，并指出：“同学们应当正确看待心理问题，发现问题要及时处理”，接着她又表示：“很多心理状况不好的同学不愿意来接受心理咨询，希望这种情况能在今后有所改善。”
随后，便由心语轩团体成员依次上台发言。各主讲人分别从适应新环境、人际交往、自我保护、情绪管理以及恋爱心理等进行了逐一解说。主讲人都通过举实例、做小游戏等从主讲内容的含义，到如何解决此类问题进行了详细的分析与解释。情绪管理主讲人林洪平表示：“心态好，一切都好。”恋爱心理主讲人熊菀伶则呼吁：“勇敢去爱，大胆去爱，为自己的爱负责。”各主讲人风格迥异但演讲生动，讲座现场掌声、笑声此起彼伏，在座的同学都积极参与讲座的活动，气氛十分活跃。
会后，电子商务2班的王晓琦同学在采访中说到：“这次活动让我进一步了解了心理有关知识，也让我在自我心理认识和管理上有更好的提升。”
